Last time, I introduced you to our new product category - Optical Film and related production equipment. Today, we will take you to learn more about the specifications and parameters of our Optical Film, as well as the application scenarios.

Ant-Glare Film: Anti-glare film is a specialized film designed for LED lighting fixtures. Its primary function is to reduce glare and UGR (Unified Glare Rating) of LED fixtures, control the light efficiency of light emitted at angles greater than 65 degrees, while enhancing central light intensity to improve visual comfort and lighting quality. Currently, many linear lights, desk lamps, and indoor street lights have begun to be widely adopted. Below are the results of our comparative testing based on testing and visual inspection, which demonstrate a significant improvement in contrast.

Asymmetric Film: Asymmetric film can redirect light in one or two directions, providing an excellent solution for indoor and outdoor wall washers, spotlights, blackboard lights, and ceiling lights. Additionally, the film's other layer is a diffusion film. While light is redirected, it ensures uniform distribution of light on the wall, effectively eliminating issues related to uneven illumination in the area.

3.Linear Film: Linear film ensures that light remains unchanged in the 0-180 degree direction while controlling light direction in the 90-270 degree range, thereby achieving an elliptical or rectangular light spot. When paired with products on the starry  optical platform, it provides an excellent solution for indoor commercial lighting, office lighting, and furniture lighting. Additionally, the film's other layer is a diffusion film. While light is redirected, it ensures uniform distribution of light on the wall, effectively eliminating issues related to uneven illumination in the area.

Diffuse Film: Diffuser film primarily functions to scatter light. Due to this scattering property, in practical applications, we typically use it to address issues such as softening yellow edges, creating a softer light for overly sharp light spots, and reducing or eliminating the granularity of light sources.
